Shad works directly with electrical construction teams to keep labor, schedules, field progress, and billing aligned. His work with contractors spans project controls, workforce coordination, completion verification, and invoice documentation, connecting superintendents, foremen, project managers, and finance teams around the work that needs to get done.
Co-Founder | Construction Management Expert
Nabeel leads COOPr’s technology, bringing Amazon experience managing more than $80M across four project portfolios and leading project-delivery tools across five continents. He works with construction teams to turn field and back-office needs into practical software.
